All orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse in Tallinn, Estonia, within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Shipping rates

• Europe: Standard €5.99 — FREE on orders of €100 or more. Express €19.99.
• Estonia: Free standard shipping. Express €9.99.
• USA & Brazil: Standard €9.99. Express €19.99.
• Rest of the world: Standard €7.99. Express €19.99.

Delivery times

Typical delivery times, based on our actual delivered orders:

• Germany & Austria: 4–7 days
• Rest of Europe: 5–10 days
• USA: 9–14 days
• Other countries: 10–20 days

Customs & import duties

Import duties and taxes are covered by us for the UK, EU and Norway. For all other destinations, any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as your parcel receives its first scan. Shipments are carried by Omniva and partner carriers.
